While undertaking other project work for WHAC, we were asked to step in at short notice and put together a credible Benefits Case for £5m pathfinder funding to undertake innovative software piloting that could be shared across other Trusts. WHAC was one of 7 Trusts awarded GDE status to help develop clinical systems to improve digital maturity within the NHS. In order to secure the funding, the Benefits Case was required to complete the FBC. We were able to flex our resource profile to take on this additional work and engage stakeholders in order to successfully deliver the required outcomes by the fixed deadline, successfully completing the project within just 3 weeks.
