BPG have delivered a number of projects for Peterborough CC, covering contract and service performance reviews and procurement support. On one project we provided support for large-scale outsourcing/services contract review involving Options Appraisal to support the development of the Outline Business Case. This included HR, systems/IT infrastructure running on the cloud and other services, including property maintenance.
