We had outsourced a software development programme which on delivery turned out not to be fit for purpose, yet the supplier proved inflexible when it came to compensation. With BPG’s help we were able to define the issues and arrange for legal arbitration, which shortly afterwards resulted in a fair settlement in our favour. Without the expertise of BPG our defence would not have been as rigorous and we would undoubtedly have spent much more in terms of fees and lost recompense. BPG was excellent from start to finish. They knew what needed to be looked at, assessed the strengths and weaknesses of our position and put together a methodical case, with thorough documentation, that we presented to our legal team. Any major IT development project we undertake in the future will certainly involve BPG from the start.
