BPG were approached by a small cleaning company to provide Exit Plan drafting and advice to supplement their contractual agreement and obligations. We understand that the costs for rectifying contractual matters can quickly stack up, costs which a small independent business can ill afford. Therefore, in line with our Social Value commitments, after an initial small piece of work to draft the exit plan, we provided additional services and advice free of charge, helping an SME business to navigate a difficult contract exit.
