BPG allowed us to put the rigour and controls in place creating some confidence in our decision making on high-level investment projects like ERP. The BPG methodology and selection criteria also made it clear to the supplier from the outset that we had clear protocols and procedures that we expected them to follow when tendering and scoping the work.
