Existing Relationship – Lessons Learned
What we deliver
-
Independent lessons learned against ‘what good looks like’. We review 64 aspects of the relationship (the ‘Optimise’ method) and deliver a round-table workshop. It outlines what has already been done really well, and where you can add further value.
How you will benefit
-
Learn from what you are already doing well. Many organisations focus on learning from what they perceive to have not done well. However, most organisations have some real pockets of excellence that they need to continue in future practice. This workshop identifies these and incorporates them into wider improved practices.
-
Real application of ‘what good looks like’ for future projects. It is often difficult to apply ‘what good looks like’ principles into every day practice. Because we review your existing project(s) and relationship(s), you can take real-life scenarios of your own specific situations and apply them to future projects and relationships.
