Broken Relationship – Contract Termination Negotiation and Support
What we deliver
- A Win-Win Exit Process. Facilitation and negotiation support that covers detailed technical knowledge, contractual expertise, excellent relationship management skills and a win-win exit process.
How you will benefit
- A collaborative outcome. This structured approach to negotiating an early exit and transition plan is ‘interest based’. In this way, you work together to agree the plan, and in turn, the supplier remains contractually accountable to provide fit for purpose support whilst you exit away from them, thus minimising any service disruption.
- The supplier’s advice is contracted for, separately. This negotiation process ensures the existing (incumbent) supplier remains contractually accountable for its advice, to provide suitable support to your new supplier.
