Project involving a review of the council’s ‘As-Is’ Print & Mail service provision and assessment of how the service aligned to the council’s strategic objectives.
Our review covered service delivery, performance, costs and resources, leading to recommendations for improvement. The service review was followed by an assessment of alternative service delivery model options involving an early market engagement/RFI exercise to gather insights from suppliers regarding alternative delivery models availability and feasibility. The project concluded with the presentation of a formal report which provided review findings and market engagement outputs, future service delivery recommendations and next steps implementation advice.
