We were instructed by Birmingham City Council (BCC) to undertake an independent Performance Health Check of Service Birmingham, the joint venture company owned by Capita plc and BCC, charged with delivering a number of services to the Council, including IT Outsourcing. Within the scope of this outsourcing partnership review project we were asked to make recommendations for improvement and develop a roadmap for the delivery of the improvement recommendations.
We were subsequently re-engaged to support the implementation of the roadmap, delivering positive outcomes for all parties involved.
